They poke their nose every minute 2) No appreciation of any sort, but you are criticised for everything possible 3) Founders have no manners whatsoever, the tone in which they speak to employees is worse than what one can image 4) Things run on the whims and fancies of the founders 5) Of the 50 people company, each month, 1-2 leave the company, the company is barely an year old
