Friendly environment and work hours

Not enough training or support system for older controllers.

You could work there forever if you just show up and are complacent, sit there and be quite. Job security is very good there. Perfect job if you need a lot of free time in front of a computer. You could day trade on the side all day long there and no one would bother you.

Horrible management approach. You can't even talk to them. They look down on the employees and think they are smarter than everyone. However, you could go for weeks without any work to do other than sitting there and browsing the internet all day. When you ask for work they give you menial tasks, so it is better to just stay quiet and think of other things to occupy your time throughout the day.
