Pros
Good infrastructure. You will learn to deal with pressure as they will put a lot. You might need to work in a project alone. You will learn a lot if you are a self learner, because u have to do your task anyhow. Seniors are very friendly. They will help you if you are stuck. Good project exposure as you will never sit idle. Party and outings atleast once in a year. Once you switch from here you will feel very relax in other company as u will feel no pressure. You will grow well once you switch from here.
Cons
No work life Balance. No respect for employees. No training for freshers, u need to learn by watching youtube videos or by searching some tutorials online. Taking leaves is an offence. If you take leave on Friday or Monday then it will be counted as three days leaves. Sick leave counted as a bad point in appraisal cycle. Get ready to work in any technologies. They might shift you in cloud support project if there is no project and this will spoil your career, you will reply to customer query. As they won't bring you back in development. It happened with many developers. After switching you to a new technology (in which u have zero knowledge), they will ask you to work on project from day 1. If you are not good at handling pressure then believe me this company is not good for you, either you will quit yourself or they will fire you anyday. Get ready to do overtime (here 12 hours is unofficially a normal working hours)without any extra pay. They usually call you on weekends also without giving any compoff or leave. Worst food, I don't know the current situation of food.
