      Pros

      Open working style, with a startup style but backed by the financial support of a large telco. Nice offices and normally good relations between wmployes.

      Cons

      Is not a startup anymore, and the corporate procedures are slowly coming to the company. Also too many marketing ans business people are coming in.

      Pros

      It can really be a boost to your career. The tech team was really good and you could also find some good people in design and product. If you are lucky and are part of a nice team, it can really be a good experience, but be aware that teams change a lot.

      Cons

      Too many divas (specially in design and product). They can't admit they're wrong sometimes and put the blame on everybody else. There are also tech divas, but it's less common.
