The best thing about this company is the culture and the opportunity to move up from any position. Many current employees have started on the shop floor and worked all the way up to major roles in the company. The company leadership has a great respect and care for all of Tuff Shed employees and strive to make the company better without taking shortcuts that in most companies effect employees. The amount of experience with all aspects of business that can be gained is limitless no matter the position or experience level. I truly love working for the company and the people at Tuff Shed!
