Troubling outlook - Sales Tulip Employee Review

Many layoffs of recent is never a good sign. Specifically Hr didn't act on very troubling communication from managers when reported. When sexually inappropriate communication from a manager was said to their employee, they didn't do anything other than say they would train them more. In any other organization that type of inappropriate behavior the manager would have been let go.
