      Pros

      Some people are great. Other than that, not much.

      Cons

      Leadership is not transparent, lots of restructuring, no clear direction on strategy. Constant misalignment between executives from different teams, very political. New leaders do not care about employees. Diversity and inclusion is not a priority, executive team is all male.
