      Working with some excellent and dedicated professionals. Feel good factor of making a difference to people’s lives. Autonomy to change process to the benefit of the team. Flexible working. Recent investment in leadership training.

      Cons

      Competing priorities can present challenges. Midrange salaries but these are reflective of sector. Not always the most responsive to change but this is recognised and being addressed.
