      1. HR department is of no good 2. Deadlines decided by non-technical people who have no clue how difficult a task is, they just want it to be done by the date they give 3. Huge communication problem within management

      New Skills to learn Interactive session like Buddy session, fun Friday and leadership trainings etc Good Increment and bonuses supporting teammates

      daily task work which sometime become hectic sometimes imbalance comes between backend and model team (especially for new comers)
