Nothing a all, Just that they show big dreams (and package/position) while hiring you, dont fell in the trap.
Cons
A lot: - Salary: No salary on time; even no salary at all; HR says the company lacks fund even than the so called 'owner' never puts off her- euro trips; if a company doesn't have money to pay to employees, there is no point for exorbitant marketing. - Lack of vision: no matter how much senior you are in the industry, your views are just outwardly rejected; both the so called 'owner' have come from the same company in Delhi and their only aim is to hi-jack their earlier customer; no vision, no pipeline. Still a mystery why they hire senior people when they cannot pay them ?? or have faith in implementing their ideas ?? - Lack of professionalism: no respect for you; they will ask you to give details of clients from your ex-company and if you do give, the communication will be handled by the untrained 'BD associates'. There is no hierarchy; only one man (or i'll say one woman) rule the roost - last but not the least- pathetic office and infrastructure; no professional IT people and a 'puppet' HR whose only aim is to listen to 'boss' and communicate.
