Pros
1. Work life balance (7:00am ~ 5:30pm Mon-Thurs) 2. work flow is generally slow 3. Easy money
Cons
1. The president will talk behind you in front of other employees and his words will spread. He has nothing better to do other than calling out people to come to his office in the morning and brag about his knowledge, wealth and insights into this world. And most importantly, he thinks everyone else is inferior to him. 2. When communicating with HQ in California, be careful. The president doesn't have a good relationship with them and if you try to be nice with the HQ employees, he will call you and say you should not say so because they are underqualified people. 3. Again, it's about the president. When you do not finish your work in the timeframe he sets in his mind, he will call you dumb and useless. He calls you during the weekend to come to work occasionally. If you can't come, he will judge you as a lazy and irresponsible. Then, basically you will go through a hard time here. 4. Be equipped with "so what?" mindset because the president will show off his wealth (stocks & number of houses he has) almost every time he sees you.
