The Medical Insurance seems pretty good. Premiums are about $60 a month. 4 weeks of vacation if you complete the health incentives. $7 premiums for dental insurance. Low stress, laid back work environment.
Cons
There seems to be a lack of solid structure. The company is not innovative. Salary seems a bit low. Management does not set clear expectations.
