Pros

I am having an enjoyable remote work experience at Turing compared to other freelancing websites or doing direct remote work with clients. Some of the reasons are: - On-time and accurate payroll - Coding challenges to assess my strengths and weakness so I can do progress to enhance my skills Protection against fraudulent and fake clients (There are many on other freelancing websites) - Sophisticated AI Algorithms to help matching me with the best client possible according to my skills set - Top-notch technical stack & tools used by clients I have been matched to. - Usage of best software engineering practices - Flexibility to work from the comfort of my home which gives me the opportunity to spend more time with my family, avoid commute or wasting time on daily traffic - Professional assistance with work-related problems - Good communication - Helpful and informative - Safer and enjoyable work experience with a multinational team of highly skilled remote workers - Efficient time tracking and reporting tool

Cons

Pros

There are no Pros to working with Turing

Cons

It’s a very useless company that underpays. They select talents from Africa so they can pay cheap labour. They spend months resolving issues pertaining fees and disputes and reserve the right to hold off on your payment if they see fit. Very poor customer service, they have Alan their automated bot to respond to everything. Zero accountability Takes forever to get matched and paired to a new project even when you are qualified.
