Pros
I have the extreme pleasure of working for a boss who believes in her team and provides every opportunity for growth and development. During the almost two years that I have worked here, I have developed on a personal as well as professional level. This is in part due to having a boss that is in tune with her team, who provides training for those who want it, and affords every opportunity for those working here to succeed. Everybody that works at Turner Designs WANTS TO work for Turner Designs. We all believe in the vision that our boss has for our company, and everyone here works hard to achieve it. There is opportunity for advancement and lateral movement that ensures everyone is in the right seat on this bus. I'm quite happy with level of compensation, benefits package, and most importantly the culture (that emphasizes work life balance and looks out for its team members) that I am a part of. The difference that I see in the company over the last two years is palpable and it's just going to get better. There are no cliques here, no talking sh*t, and certainly no backstabbing to speak of. Like I said, everyone that works at Turner WANTS TO be here, and it's a beautiful thing.
Cons
I do not have any complaints. I left my Operations Manager position at my previous place of employment to work here and have absolutely no regrets.
