Good start for first job

Many of my coworkers were amazing to work with. Great opportunity for experience in the world of government contracting.

Compensation is not competitive at all. If you don't know how much your position pays on average they will absolutely offer you well below the current average baseline salary. Upper management tends to micromanage. Very unprofessional, witnesses employees being screamed at to the point of tears. No work/life balance or care for employees as actual people. Will shuffle you around to fill spaces to save money and provide no training. Very disorganized. Little to no opportunities for advancement.
