Pros
The new CEO has a much clearer vision and has turned the company around in terms of strategy, being much more sales focussed. The previous CEO and Interim CEO were quite frankly terrible both having a complete lack of business understanding and experience. Sales are increasing and the company is working with some very strong prospects for inverters and motors. 2026 and 2027 are pivotal to the company exploding in growth.

Constantly switching priorities, rolling over for customers that aren't taking product, decisions made in isolation.
