      Awful micromanagement No onboarding on joining No training offered Broken laptop on arrival Was not given a mouse or keyboard to do my job I couldn’t wait to leave - I’ve never personally been treated so poorly in a company

      Pros

      Great place to work. 15+ yrs with TB. Encouraging CEO & Mgmt. Pretty good work life balance and better perks than I've seen. Events, swag, at-home virtual events and more offered. HR fights for what is best for us continuously. Currently remote which give us great flexibility. Overall looking forward to the future here.

      Cons

      Workload can be overwhelming at times but that's a good problem to have
