      Work life balance is great. Remote work model fully embraced.

      Compensation is below market for all jobs and levels. Hiring standards are low, dissenting hiring feedback ignored on multiple occasions only to be proven accurate.

      Pros

      Great place to work. 15+ yrs with TB. Encouraging CEO & Mgmt. Pretty good work life balance and better perks than I've seen. Events, swag, at-home virtual events and more offered. HR fights for what is best for us continuously. Currently remote which give us great flexibility. Overall looking forward to the future here.

      Cons

      Workload can be overwhelming at times but that's a good problem to have
