      Pros

      *TPRs who are always there to help, they are doing an amazing job *Flexible hours *Teacher Community - other teachers are always ready to help, give advice, support you, etc. Generally speaking, it's a great company to work for. The schedule is usually full, there are some slower months which can be frustrating but most months are busy. Excellent work-life balance.

      Cons

      *The pay could be better, especially now with the inflation. I hope that they will look into this.
