Pros

Hands on work for a startup company. Everyone is friendly and a very relaxed atmosphere. Very cool once the magazine starts to get a move on. Photoshoots and parties are fun.

Cons

No real direction and disorganized. There is no communication among the different branches. Projects are often started with no deadline.

Pros

As Twelv is a small start up, one is not just stuck to one job at the magazine. One can get hands on experience in almost every field of the publishing business. It a a great way to get a foot into the fashion industry and to meet a ton of cool, important and influential people.

Cons

Can be quite unorganised at times. Always having to follow the chief editors vision can be challenging at times, although his vision for the magazine is great. Other positions in upper management might have been filled poorly...managing position should manage and deal with the organisational deficits in the magazine more.
