      You get paid on time.

      Cons

      Extreme favoritism. Management will overwork you without extra compensation even if it's outside your title. Poor pay. Awful benefits. HR is in a clique with other department heads so no one to put complaints in to. Executive suite is disconnected from directors and the directors run the company how they want.

      Excellent office in Louisville Ky. The staff are cohesive and upper management is supportive.

      Pros

      Love this team! Work with very compassionate, dedicated and smart individuals. Admin is open to feedback and tapped in to its mission. I gave it 4 stars because no company is perfect.

      Cons

      Growing very fast, expanding in every way, so there’s some growing pains. Nothing that can’t be fixed.
