Pros
You are allowed to attend their training courses, which are from high value, provide top technical knowledge and even give you academic certification. The teams are very nice, even though lately many people left the company and many joined new. The base salary is average, but the commission is pretty good if you work hard.
Cons
No clear progression path. No fast internal career development. Steep learning curve in first 6 months, then flattening and stagnating. 9 to 5 job No real challenges.
