The people that work here are pretty fantastic and know what their job is and are willing to help you with yours. There are a lot of long term employees. The industry is really cool to learn and get involved in too.
Cons
You have to be in the office 5 days a week. Churchill Downs Corporate interferes with how Twinspires is run and those people are really out of touch with how things should be run.
