      People at the same level as you are cool.

      Cons

      Recently promoted management quickly loses sight of what the role was doing when they were doing the job. A lot of top down pressure from board members to management to mid-level management makes for a lot of issues in communication and stress.

      Great culture, interesting science, big fan of leadership.

      Can be hectic, but very manageable.

      Pros

      Free daily lunch, free unlimited snacks and drinks, clean facility.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment: it's normalized to work 10-12 hours a day plus weekends. Except managers. They get to leave before their workers and provide zero support. Very little onboarding training. There is a buddy system to help new hires, but either no one knows about it or cares enough to actually use this system.
