Great culture, interesting science, big fan of leadership.

Can be hectic, but very manageable.

Free daily lunch, free unlimited snacks and drinks, clean facility.

Toxic work environment: it's normalized to work 10-12 hours a day plus weekends. Except managers. They get to leave before their workers and provide zero support. Very little onboarding training. There is a buddy system to help new hires, but either no one knows about it or cares enough to actually use this system.
