1. Nice boss and colleagues 2. No micro-manage 3. Implement 4-day work-week 4. No jams because office is located at Cyberjaya 5. WFH 6. Flexible working hours
Cons
1. Late salary payment happens too often (3 months and still counting) 2. Employer didn't even pay EPF throughout employment (since 2021 and still counting) 3. Delusional visionaries 4. No training offered/provided. Need to use your own money if you want to enroll in any kind of training 5. WFH but need to use your personal laptop 6. Please believe every review for this company
