The owner is an explosive and goes off the rails. Will cuss and disrespect you depending on his mood. He is a micro-manager and has no idea how to be a good manager.

Small office staff. Bilingual technicians.

Indecisive owners. They don’t follow their own company values. Lack of detailed conversations. Lack of vision for the company. Lack of benefits when I was there. Expected me to work off the clock and not pay me for said time working. Sure I got a “bonus” but it didn’t feel like one. Especially because I was only being paid minimum wage.
