Pros
Friendly, easy-going co-workers, (servers, bartenders, other hosts). Younger group of employees made it easier to get along and work along side. Good oppportunity for tips being as the restaurant is full most of the time.
Cons
Management can be great yet very poor at the same time. There is constantly someone getting onto another person in management, or belittling one of the younger employees because they believe the younger, the less knowledge. which in some cases that might be true, but management and owners are there to push one another and their employees, not belittle them and make them feel dumb or "not good enough" for a job such as this one. The owner is very conceited and makes his employees and even sometimes guests feel uncomfortable.
