      Pros

      There are really smart people here and great ideas

      Cons

      They promote crying (no literally there is a crying hallway) and tattling on people, the management is taught to be harsh, they do a terrible job onboarding you so you don't understand how things work and inevitably do something wrong - and then get punished. They treat employees like high schoolers - must get a signed permission slip for doctors appt, etc.

      What a horrific establishment. Run for the hills before taking a job here. Every single negative review is spot on. You will like you are being watched and monitored 24/7. The responses to the negative feedback is down right comical. It’s been years since I have worked here and I still am so upset about the way I was treated. Stay far away.
