The therapists were excellent, and it was a fun place to work. I worked PRN and figured out a good schedule for myself.
Cons
Middle Management wasn't qualified back then, and upper management was off-site, so some things fell through the cracks.

Pros
Great entry level experience and supportive leadership
Cons
Pay could be better and productivity expectations can be hard to obtain daily. However, I suspect the drive is from the hospital arrangement.
