Pay is not good. Bosses/Supervisors are not great leaders. It seems like so many bubbling issues can be managed prior to them exploding, but management allows them to fester and grow into drama, or missed deadlines, and compliance issues. Getting anything changed or streamlined very near impossible because of the lack of strong leadership. Stuff tends to sit on supervisors desks until it’s too late. Very difficult cult to advance/promote within. Even if the highest evaluation marks are achieved every year.
