So many....
- No clear direction of the business by exec board
- Exec board have little to no experience of the market
- Favourites keep getting roles which they are neither qualified or experienced in
- lack of ownership when things go wrong by the right people
- Blame game in full effect
- Not commercially focused - cost saving rather than income generation
- Wrong people - wrong jobs - get the right people in who understand the market

Trying to do anything new was almost impossible as every department seemed to find issues or barriers, and it would take months to resolve anything.
Redundancies in 2024
