      The CEO never comes to work.

      Cons

      The CEO doesn't pay the employees. Never say a good word. Lives in the past. He treats the workers horribly or doesn't pay attention to them at all. He expects everyone to work 24/7. Very cheap.

      cant find any pros rather than it is a small company therefore you can make more decisions yourself
