Poor management communications - Anonymous employee TÜV Rheinland Employee Review

Extremely pro German management. No advancement past middle manager unless you are or at least are fluent in German. Management is clueless as to how to communicate with the rank and file employees. Company purchases other companies, runs them into the ground and blames the very company they purchased as being incompetent. We lost 75% of our employees in 4 years due to people just hating it there. Most went on to work for customers who recognized their talents.
