Pros
Flexible hours but work more than 40 to get the job done. Some good people who really care about working and what they do. Company had great potential for growth but several people no longer there.
Cons
Executive management doesn’t want to listen to anyone not on their level even if it is for the best of company. Executive unaware of rules and regulations, need assistance in HR, personal leadership, and finance. People let go for personal reasons and others although continuously make errors kept cause they report about information to the executive who is never around to manage. Not a professional office environment and it all begins at the top. Rules and regulations need the followed, fortunately they don’t get audited at that location for so many areas.
