- Low pay - Made less money than coworkers that had been there not as long as me (we had the same exact job) - poor communication between departments - The new owner has a different vision for the company than the buyers. This creates a lot of tension and controversy - The owner would cut my hours randomly without a week notice - Really slow during the summer months - Not challenging work
