      Pros

      My Clients/Patients were great. Didn’t have to do any medical billing. Bonus competition was good, but wasn’t always achievable.

      Cons

      I couldn’t get any time off. They wouldn’t let me hire a full-time Optician and their pay was measly so they didn’t stick around. Drs didn’t want to stay either. Lab work awful.
