Cons
Relocation bonus paid out over a year but you're expected to relocate within 60 days. If they've tempted you with the big bonus and guaranteed pay, they've fooled you. The guaranteed pay isn't guaranteed. They have a whole page of reasons they'll prevent you from getting it. Not to mention The schedules aren't the same. Pay week is Wednesday to Wednesday. But the guaranteed schedule is sunday to Sunday. So many times you'll call to ask why you didn't get your guaranteed pay and they'll say "oh you got paid for those two trips last week. Even if you didn't get guaranteed pay last week either. They don't call it guaranteed pay for this reason. They call it "true-up." The word guaranteed implies an obligation to pay you what they promised. I know calculus but it would seem I'm not smart enough to figure out how to get paid what I was promised.
