Theres a hell lot to be mentioned... 1. Firstly they make you work alot with zero appreciation. 2. They wont pay you much even they will tell you that after probation and all things they will . Before they say that this much will be CTC but you will not get the same. 3. I think they dont know about appraisal ..!!! 4. They just pamper their old employee as they work hell alot....... 5. Management will act like you are their family but we know our relatives very well😂. They will disappoint you rather than appreciating your work or motivating you, just they will use you.
