Pros
Only Pro in this company is either you work or don't work your salary will be credited as per date. there are very rare chances of people getting terminated or asked to leave. If you are looking for a better opportunity in UAE better start here and try outside until then you can have comfortable position in this company. This applies only to the people who work in UAE Exchange GHQ alone and not for Branch People.
Cons
The people working with you expect you treat them as GOD. Most of the people don't speak english and 80% people are only Malayalis only and if u speak in Hindi or English they will scold you in Malayalam and it was my own experience. I would say that working here was a horrible experience in my life. If you have got the offer letter better check either it is Branch Employee or GHQ or HQ Job.
