Partial or limited work from home conditions with very strict criteria and regulations
Cons
Management positions are basically handed out to anyone who wants it. Most employees that feel confident in their work will be promoted to a manager position or overseer for a team. Resulting in lack luster support, management that cannot and do not manage teams and have very limited knowledge on their work. Benefits can be promised during interviews but be taken away by hidden rules that are created out of thin air during your yearly contract or by subjective views on your performance and or due diligence.
