Avoid at all costs - Enabler UBU Employee Review

Management, seriously floored, alot of bullies, alot just look down on you, you are a commodity easily replaceable, not valued at all. Dont allow enough breaks. Pay below Minimum wage for overnight working, and you dont get any sleep, because you are constantly listening out for service users. The woman who started the company needs mental assesment, very rude and needs to learn dogs dont come above employees. Advise against working here big time.
