Pros
I enjoy working in a place that has a climate of high quality and solid ethics. Everyone I have met has a genuine interest in doing the best job possible.
Cons
Some of the approaches to education are rather old-school, and there is a great deal of inertia and resistance to change - even if it's positive change.
