Pros
The people who work here are outstanding. I've never felt more comfortable in a work setting surrounded by knowledgeable people who push you to learn more and work harder. The hospitals themselves are beautiful places to work as well. Employees here work hard and extremely intelligent, I learned my role fast and was never afraid to ask for advice or to branch out on my own.
Cons
There is not a lot of room for growth, even though most employees are here for the long haul (over 10, 20 even 30 years). Communication is lacking a bit between higher-ups at the company and the lower- end employees. You will work very hard and get compensated for that work but no more. The environment itself is fantastic but will most likely result in a dead-end job if you are working in the office side.
