      Pros

      Able to study and do homework while on-duty. Friendly co-workers and superiors. Able to move up in short amount of time.

      Cons

      Hours - If you are absolutely NOT a night person. Depending on the hall you work in, your experience might not be as pleasant. Some residents are rude and annoying.

      Good hours, flexible to student time schedule, allowed me to do homework on the job

      Cons

      Sometimes, other students don't take your full shift and leave like 30 mins of your shift if you give it up

      Pros

      Great health insurance - I'm told it's really quite fire (no lie) Great location - love Westwood (sandwiched by Brentwood, Bel Air, and Beverly Hills) Union is tremendously supportive

      Cons

      Campus dining options are kinda weak - breaks my heart to eat the same thing every day
