      Good coworkers and very organized. Its enjoyable and opens up opportunities since UCLA is very reputable

      overworked and underpaid. With the union things are better but still not paid enough

      Pros

      The staff I encountered were very nice, there was always axillary staff to help out. I never felt stranded on a shift. Overall I think it is a great place to work

      Cons

      Management are not that understanding sometimes and it creates more stress on the staff.

      Some units may feel cliquey, but that comes with all hospitals
