Pros
The students in the school are very polite. It is a small school where everyone knows each other so it is easier to establish good relationship with colleagues and students.
Cons
The location is the worst. It is very isolated which means that you will have to endure living in a very remote area that is far from away from everything. Unless you are a troglodyte then you can survive this place. You will have to face an incompetent MYP coordinator who does not know what to do. End result? You will have to do more work than what is needed because of unnecessary things. No resources given. Books or any form of subscription to an online tool you need in class, it wont get approved. They want to save so much that they cant even afford to give teachers work laptops. The management does not acknowledge the efforts of teachers. This is the first school in my entire career that does not have anything for teachers. No gesture of appreciation. Nothing.
