Scope for lot of learning in Water treatment sector (but definitely with your own interest) 5. Space provided to work within a good team and build team spirit 6. Enjoy some really spirited workmanship at some project site with amazing site management 7. Enjoy timely salary and other benefits

1. Basics of Engineering documents has some loopholes to be filled (which creates unwanted delay and loss of money) 2. Some areas at site like Store management to be improved drastically (some decisions kept pending by seniors due unknown reasons) 3. No specific salary offered as per grades (Some juniors of you may get higher salary than you and that may frustrates you) 4. Provide some training sessions to competent employees who can run the show for the organization (mean it is very important where sometimes you have really tough clients to deal with) 5. Approve some additional funds to provide adequate infrastructure to maintain documentation at site
