      Management has no Educational backing or managerial training The gym is run by temperamental and dramatic managers all between 24-30

      Pros

      Flexible hours, chill job most of the time especially during ending of the year.

      Cons

      Toxic management, favoritism, kind of like high school "clique culture" within all departments. Never shows appreciation even if you work hard. Busy and understaffed especially during summer time.
