      The company is really good. The salary is what the industry pay. So, it is fair. The company really give the opportunity for employees who work hard and it is dedicated .

      Cons

      Unfortunately the Fitness and Wellness Industry don’t pay good salary, but gives the opportunity to learn and get certifications with a good discount.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, chill job most of the time especially during ending of the year.

      Cons

      Toxic management, favoritism, kind of like high school "clique culture" within all departments. Never shows appreciation even if you work hard. Busy and understaffed especially during summer time.
